Would you lie to close a contract? Maybe, maybe not. Will you feel
guilty if you do? Maybe, maybe not. So, what's the different between
personal morality and business morality?

Will you blame a card player for lying about his cards, trying to scare his opponent? No, we call it bluffing.
Will you blame a movie star lying about pretending who he isn't? No, we call that acting.
Will you blame a child cry for a coke like he will die without it? No, we call that marketing.

We are playing a role when doing a job. We do what the job description said. As long as it's in the rule of the game, it's what people expect us to do. So is the lie.
